Do we need to be present during the work?
No — not unless you want to be. If we can access the roof safely, we’ll complete the inspection and send you feedback via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
How long does the process take from quote to clean?
We typically respond within 24 hours, do the site visit shortly after, and complete most jobs within 4 working days — depending on your schedule and roof size.
How soon can you clean my roof?
We usually try to offer same-week bookings, and in urgent cases, next-day service. Call us to check availability in your area.
What happens if something gets damaged during the job?
Tromco is fully insured. In the rare case of accidental damage, you’re completely covered — but we always work with care to avoid this in the first place.
What’s included in the quote? Are there any hidden fees?
Our quotes are clear and upfront. Gutter cleaning is included, and you won’t be hit with surprise charges later.
Do you clean all roof types?
Yes. We clean tile, metal, flat concrete, asbestos, and slate. Our team is trained in rope access and uses specialised equipment for high or complex roofs that many other companies turn away.
Will roof cleaning damage my tiles or paint?
Not with us. We use the correct pressure and cleaning method for your specific roof. Our team is trained to avoid damage — and we back our work with a 2-year guarantee.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes — every job includes a 2-year workmanship guarantee. If anything goes wrong because of our work, we come back and fix it — no charge.
What happens if it rains on the day of my booking?
We’ll contact you and reschedule at your convenience. We never risk safety or quality by working in bad weather.
Do you offer spray coating or waterproofing too?
Yes. After cleaning, we can apply a waterproof spray coating or rubber membrane to protect your roof and extend its lifespan. We’ll advise if your roof needs this during the visit.
